Wall Mounted 4-in-1 Dispenser for Cling Film, Aluminum Foil and Paper Towels are sold by a lot of different companies. There are variations available, but the concept is the same.
The device is attached to the wall and holds a roll of paper towels and at least two other rolls. Some hold more.
They are easy to install. Most ship with mounting materials. Most have the little keyhole openings molded into the back, so you can mark a hole, put in a screw, slide in on and tighten it down. You can also mounted it with 3M type double stick mounting tape. Some have ingenious little peel and stick buttons that you put in place and slide the dispenser onto.
They are easy to fill and refill.
On some, the front cover for each roll that holds the cutter removes to put in a new roll.
On others, the front flips up to till.
Take the roll of foil or Saran Wrap out of the box and put it into the dispenser. Feed a little through the front slot, then press it in place.

With others, the entire front of the dispenser removes.
Then you can easily pull of as much wrap as you need and slide the cutter to cut it off.
The brand Leifheit has some really great variations. They make one where the top roll holder is removable.
I think this would be really easy to use.
The bottom holds paper towels, but you can put anything that comes on a tube on it.
Most just come in white, with maybe some color on the cutter or cover.
Leifheit makes them in a lot of different colors.

I like the looks of this stainless steel version.
It might not actually be more sturdy, but it looks it.
